Apple - Cranberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound Apples peeled and cored
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Pecan halves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 3 tablespoon Light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 425. Quarter apples lengthwise, then thinly slice. Toss in bowl with cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until coated.
  2. Butter an 8 inch square dish. Mix pecans, flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Work in butter with fingertips until topping is crumbly, with pea-sized chunks.
  3. Spread apple mix in dish; sprinkle with topping. Bake until filling is bubbles and topping is golden brown, 30 miutes. Let cool before serving.
