Ingredients

  • 1 apple peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar packed

Instructions

  1. Microwave the slices of a peeled apple for 60 seconds in a mug, and then add in 2 tbsp quick-cooking oats, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp butter, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Microwave the mug for 30 seconds, stir, and then put it in for another 30 seconds.
