Easy Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour sifted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 large apples peeled
  • 1/3 cup oleo melted
  • 1 egg
  • a little cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into bowl. Add egg. Mix lightly with fork until crumbly. Slice apples into 8x8-inch pan. Top with crumbly mix. Pour melted oleo over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40 minutes.
