Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bramley apples
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 150g plain flour
  • 75g butter
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 1/2tsp cinammon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Slice apples and boil with the brown sugar and a little water until softened.
  3. Mix flour and butter and stir in caster sugar and cinammon.
  4. Build crumble and bake for 60 mins.
