Apple And Summer Fruit Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag frozen mixed fruit
  • 3 Cooking apples
  • 1 ts Nutmeg
  • 1 oz Butter

Instructions

  1. MMMMM–––––––––––––CRUMBLE—————————–– 6 oz Cereal/oatmeal 4 oz Demerara sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 1/4 pt Double cream 1 oz Butter Preheat the oven to 200C. Filling: roughly dice the cooking apples and cook in a hot pan with the fruit, nutmeg and butter. Place in an oven-proof dish. Crumble: mix the oatmeal or cereal with the sugar.
