Apple Cranberry Crumble Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups tart apples, peeled, cored & sliced
- 1 1/4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- Mix together apples, cranberries, butter, sugar, flour, numeg, ginger, cinnamon & cloves and pour into prepared single pie crust.
- Mix topping ingredients (1/3 cup sugar, 2/3 cup flour and 6 T butter) together so that the mixture crumbles. Put topping on top of fruit in crust.
- Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
