Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 8 each Apples Peeled and sliced
- 1 each Juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup Raisins
- Water or apple juice To cover bottom
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup Wheat germ
- 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Margarine
Instructions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients, through the raisins. Place mixture in a greased 9“ X 13“ casserole dish. Add water or apple juice.
- Mix the remaining ingredients. Press topping mixture on top of apple mixture. Bake, covered for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
