Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 5 cups apples thinly-sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • ton cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, and sugar. Put in 2 quart square baking dish. In small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle oat-brown sugar-flour-cinnamon mixture over apples. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes, or until apples are tender. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
