Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 5 cups apples thinly-sliced
- 1 cup cranberries
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- ton cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, and sugar. Put in 2 quart square baking dish. In small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle oat-brown sugar-flour-cinnamon mixture over apples. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes, or until apples are tender. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
