Fruit Crumble For One
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, slightly softened
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ cup frozen peaches (or other frozen fruit of your choice)
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together flour, sugar, butter, and salt in a small bowl. Using the back of a fork, press until combined and soft cumbles form.
- Place fruit in an 8-ounce ramekin or ovenproof dish; top with crumble mixture. Bake in preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
