Apple Peanut Crumble

Ingredients

  • 8 apples; cooking peeled, cored,
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats quick
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup butter softened
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place apple slices in crock pot. In medium bowl combine the sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Mix in the soft butter and peanut butter. Sprinkle over apples.
  2. Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours.
  3. Serve warm.
