Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 24 cups Apples peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups Brown sugar
  • 1/2 pound Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare apples and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish.
  3. Put flour, oatmeal and brown sugar in a bowl. Add butter and cut into mixture until combined.
  4. Cover apples with crumble mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven until apples are tender and crust is browned.
  5. Check at 30 minutes.
