Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Butter melted
  • Apple sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. CUT Egg in with pastry blender like for pie crust (mixture is crumbly). Line bottom of 9x9 baking dish with sliced apples. Drizzle Margarine over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Bake at 350? for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Great served warm with ice cream.
