Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Cooking apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • Ice cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Place apples in slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until crumbly.
  3. 3. Sprinkle mixture over apples.
  4. 4. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours or on high 2 hours.
  5. 5. Serve over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
