Baked Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 tb Cranberries
  • 2 tb Walnuts chopped
  • 2 tb Brown sugar
  • 2 tb Bread crumbs
  • 2 Apples
  • Lemon zest
  • 2 ts Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Wash and core apples. Combine nuts, cranberries, sugar, bread crumbs, cinnamon, lemon zest and butter. Stuff the apples with the filling, generously mounding on top. Bake for approx 40 mins, or until filling is cooked and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla frozen yogurt.
