Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. tub philadelphia honey nut flavor cream cheese
  • 64 nilla wafers crushed (about 2 2/3 cups)
  • 8 small apples peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Mix cream cheese spread and crushed wafers with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. (Do not over mix.)
  2. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated. Spoon into a 1-qt baking dish; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crumb mixture is lightly browned and fruit is tender. Serve warm.
