Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 4 cup Apple peeled, sliced, tart

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Add margarine & blend with pastry blender or fork. Arrange apples in 8x8 baking dish. Spread oatmeal mixture on top of apples and press down lightly.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until topping is brown and apples are tender.
