Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
- 6 Apples Sliced
- 1 c Sugar
- 3 ts Sugar
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 ts Baking Powder
- 1 c Flour
Instructions
- Slice apples into greased baking dish. To make topping: Combine ingredients, add to well beaten egg and mix until crumbly. Spread over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Dot with butter and pour 1/4 cup water over top. Bake at 350F for about 50 minutes or until top is browned and apples are done. Serve with cream, or vanilla ice cream. From: Syds Cookbook.
