Grandma’s Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 8 cups Apples Sliced
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs Unbeaten
- 2/3 cups Salad oil
- Chopped nuts
Instructions
- Put sliced apples in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and cinnamon over apples and stir. In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs. Crumble mixture over apples. Pour oil over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
