Grandma’s Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Apples Sliced
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs Unbeaten
  • 2/3 cups Salad oil
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Put sliced apples in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and cinnamon over apples and stir. In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs. Crumble mixture over apples. Pour oil over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
