Apple Crisp Too

Ingredients

  • 6 Apples sliced
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 ts Baking Powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 3 ts Sugar
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 Egg beaten

Instructions

  1. Slice apples into greased baking dish. To make topping: Combine ingredients, add to well beaten egg and mix until crumbly. Spread over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Dot with butter and pour 1/4 cup water over top. Bake at 350F. for about 50 minutes or until top is browned and apples are done. Serve with cream, or vanilla ice cream.
