Chocolate and Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 tablespoon chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cashews
  • 2 digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 de seeded,chopped apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon almonds

Instructions

  1. To make apple mix, in a saucepan kept over medium flame, add butter, apple, honey, cinnamon and water. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until apple gets soft.
  2. For a chocolate mix, in a saucepan kept over low flame, add oats, chocolate fudge, cream, cashew nuts and almonds. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  3. In a small round baking dish, place ½ of chocolate mix, followed by apple mixture and finish it with remaining chocolate mixture.
  4. Sprinkle crushed biscuits on top and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Serve hot.
