APPLE CRUMBLE

Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 6 tbsp sugar/sweetner
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (or ¼ brown sugar and ¼ sweetner)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice apples into greased baking dish.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
  3. Dot with two teaspoons of the butter.
  4. Blend the remaining four teaspoons of butter into brown sugar.
  5. Mix and add flour and rolled oats. Spoon mixture over apples.
  6. Bake at 350F for 15mins. Uncover and bake until crust is
  7. golden and apples are tender (approx. 35 minutes.)
  8. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream. Delicious!
