Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • sliced apples to fill 8x8 pan
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Fill 8x8 baking pan with apples. Mix together all ingredients except butter and cinnamon and spread over fruit. Pour 1/2 c melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
