Apple Crumble Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 egg
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 grated apple
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Next, in a medium bowl, take butter and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add egg and vanilla essence in the bowl and beat well. Strain all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder in the same bowl and beat once again. Finally, add milk in the bowl and fold the batter.
  3. Squeeze the juice from grated apples and add it in the muffins batter and mix well once again using a spoon. The add the batter into the silicon moulds.
  4. Then, mix butter and add 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour, brown sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Sprinkle the crumbs over the top of mixture in silicon moulds. Let the muffins bake for 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the oven to rest for 5 minutes before removing muffins from moulds.
  5. Garnish with hot chocolate sauce and colourful candies for a more tempting look. Serve immediately.
