Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Margarine
  • 3/4 c Flour (up to 1)
  • 2/3 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350* peel and slice about 8 large baking apples. Mix with other filling ingredients. Place in bottom of pan (9x13“ or for a higher dessert 9“ round). Cream margarine and sugar and flour till mixture is coarse crumbs. Put topping on top of apple mixture and bake for 1 hour.
