Healthy Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 7 -8 large apples, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In large bowl mix apples with brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and spice. Mix well.
- Put into buttered large baking dish.
- In large bowl mix topping ingredients well, including butter.
- Sprinkle topping over apples in baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 60 to 90 minutes depending how you like, soft or crispy.
