Favorite Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 medium apples, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cuop fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 tps. grated orange rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lowfat margarine
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place apples in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Drizzle with orange juice.
- Combine rolled oats, Splenda, flour, cinnamon, orange rind, and salt with fork, sitr in margarine and oil until well blended. Spoon over apples.
- Bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Serve warm.
